The debut album of one of the best German metal bands ever, that was alternatively entitled after the name of the band, is a miracle why it didn’t receive the recognition it deserved and only gained a cult status among heavy/power metal freaks. BRAINFEVER had been as great as SCANNER, RUNNING WILD, HELLOWEEN, GRAVE DIGGER, RAGE, STORMWITCH. They simply didn’t have the luck by their side. “Capture the night” features ONLY killer cuts like “Into the Sky”, “Hangman”, “Danger of the Night”, “Tool for the show” (what an anthem!) and the shivering mid-tempo “Suicide”. Add to this, 2 bonus tracks taken from their hard to find 1988 EP, “You”, lyrics and some cool photos and you get the picture.
