NORDIC METAL WAVE VOL. 2: MISTRESS - Ready For Attack LP + OBI (Pre-Order)

Over the last few years, the cult band MISTRESS hailing from Falköping of Sweden have started gaining a super cult reputation among collectors of quality Swedish heavy metal. Reminiscent of classic Swedish acts such as Axewitch, Gotham City and Overdrive, their one and only demo from 1982, is considered to be part of the first wave of Swedish heavy metal bands that were carrying strong NWOBHM influences and set the stage for what was to come.

Through the Swedish metal guru, Janne Stark, we managed to make a deal with the band and agree to release their classic demo on Vinyl, CD and most digital platforms, featuring killer sound remastered from the original master tapes. The reissue which is scheduled for an early Autumn release will feature the band story and great photos from the past, as well as a killer cover artwork by Chryssa Hartsa (the original demo never came with a cover artwork).

Be prepared to experience a killer dose of Swedish steel through great songs like Terrified Eyes, Cherity etc.
