Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Please contact us at order@sonicagerecords.com within 14 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- A replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued upon return and inspection of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email order@sonicagerecords.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
- Securely pack the item and send it to the provided return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
