TRUCE - Rigor Mortis CD (US IMPORT!)

Truce formed in the mid-1980's and quickly became the premier thrash metal band in the Salt-Lake area. The bands blend of over the top thrashy guitars and aggrissive vocals alongside their raunchy lycrical content put these guys on Utah's own filthy-fifteen. The band released thier first recordings "Nictophobic" on cassette in 1988, where it sold out almost immediately and the band had to repress. In 1989 Truce released thier self-titled cassette which had the same supportive response. In 1990 came the band's 3rd release "Systematic Slaves". This release was sold out within a matter of weeks and the band took thier funds to get the album re-pressed, but to the band's demise, the money was stolen and the band called it quites. The band would reform 17 years later and go onto release 2 more albums to date. Truce has teamed up with Metallic Blue Records to compile the first 3 cassette EPs and release all 16 tracks on one CD. As always, METALLIC BLUE releases come 100% professionally silver-pressed with 12-panel front inserts with a double-sided back inlay.
